- Resumen: The goal of the Cultural Management Drafts collection is to disseminate the results of research related to Banco de la República’s cultural management. This third installment of the collection presents the results of the second measurement of cultural impact indices compiled from tanhe analysis of information collected from 2016 to 2017 in the 29 cultural areas that comprise Banco de la Republic’s cultural network. The measurement model presented in this document has become a benchmark for the monitoring and evaluation of cultural policies in Colombia and other countries in the region as it allows for a qualitative understanding of the effects and impacts of cultural management on different communities. In addition to characterizing and typifying these communities, the model also allows us to understand the way in which users perceive the cultural services and programming they receive, and helps us to understand the attitudes, behaviors, and transformations experienced by users when interacting with the cultural offer.
